Format of Services and Fee Schedule
Wellness Consultation Services
1) Consultation and Initial Needs Analysis.
2) Choose Best Fit Model Based on Wellness Need Analysis.
3) Delivery of Service Format: Seminar, Workshop, Retreat, One-One Consultation.
4) Training - Facilitated by Certified Wellness Team; Tranin-the-Trainer courses availalbe.
5) On-going Consultation as needed.
Cost of Services: Consultation, Training, and/or Assessment Services:
Flat Fee cost includes: the speaker/trainer fee and initial conversations with the organization/company.
• "Expenses" include travel, food and lodging. All attempts to keep these expenses at a minimum will be made.
• The cost of materials depends on the topic and length of presentation. Outlines for presentations are included in the speaker's fee. These may include assessments, manuals, tests, and surveys.
Workshops range from: $200.00 per hour to $2500.00 full-day. Price to fit your budget and group size.
